Colleen is Werner G. Nistler, Jr.’s wife, business partner, and Vice Chairman of the Touchmark Board. She began her employment at Touchmark in November 1987 as the company’s Controller, leading numerous accounting systems developments as well as overseeing the business office managers at each of Touchmark’s communities.

Marcus is the CEO of Touchmark, which develops and operates full-service retirement communities offering a continuum of care. Services include health and fitness clubs, independent and assisted living, memory care, home health, home care, and skilled nursing.

In 2019, Melissa was named Executive Director of Touchmark in the West Hills, a position she held until 2021, when she was promoted to the position of Chief Quality Officer for Touchmark. Within this role, she is responsible for leading the Touchmark Gold Standard Quality Team and overseeing the company’s information technology and dining services.

Tim brings nearly 25 years of experience in leadership and relationship management to Touchmark. Before assuming his role as Regional Director of Operations, Tim served three years as Executive Director of Touchmark’s community in Vancouver, Washington.

Kari brings a depth of experience to her role overseeing the operations of Touchmark communities in Bismarck and Fargo, North Dakota; Sioux Falls, South Dakota; Appleton, Wisconsin; Edmonton, Alberta; and Edmond, Oklahoma.

As Chief Financial Officer, Tucker oversees all finance functions at Touchmark, including operations and development and construction. He works closely with members of the development and operations teams to project costs, develop budgets, and track overall results. In addition, he provides feasibility analysis and construction budgets for new development projects.

In 2022, Albert was named Touchmark’s Vice President of Sales. He works with Touchmark leadership to determine, adjust, and fine-tune the company's overall sales strategy, oversees each community sales team, and collaborates closely with the marketing team.

Before assuming her current role, she served as Assistant Executive Director, Resident Services Director, Health Services Director, Memory Care Administrator, and Life Enrichment/Wellness Director.
