Todd brings extensive leadership experience in senior living, having overseen independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing communities. With a background in both operations and financial services, he is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Residential Care Facility Administrator, dedicated to enhancing the lives of residents through exceptional care and service.
Prior to assuming his role as Vice President, Regional Director of Operations, Todd served three years as Executive Director of Touchmark’s community in Portland, Oregon. Before joining Touchmark, Todd served as Senior Executive Director of Courtyard at Mt. Tabor, one of Integral Senior Living’s retirement communities. In that position, he was responsible for the daily operations of 199 independent living homes, 73 assisted living homes, and 59 memory care residences.
His prior experience includes leadership roles with Avamere Health Services at The Stafford in Lake Oswego
(independent and assisted living) and two skilled nursing centers: Avamere Rehab of Newport and Avamere Crestview of Portland. Todd started his career with Umpqua Investments, leading all client associates and supporting five financial advisors.
A graduate of the University of Oregon, Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Arts and Digital Arts and a minor in Business Administration from the University’s Lillis School of Business. He is also licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator and Residential Care Facility Administrator and has other licenses and certifications.
Throughout his career, Todd—and the communities he has led—have received recognition from numerous
organizations, most notably the Best Senior Living Award (SeniorAdvisor.com) and Bronze Award Recipient (American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living).
When not working, Todd and his wife are adventure-seekers and love to explore the world. At last count, they have traveled to nine countries. Wine tasting is another favorite pastime for the couple. A self-described avid golfer, Todd also has taken up bow hunting.
